Dunkin' Nevada in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold brand standards, and ensure a great guest experience across opening, mid, and closing shifts.

The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift, execute operational brand standards, and deliver a great guest experience! They set goals, provide job assignments, motivate others, celebrate successes and providing timely feedback.

Opening Shift: 4am-11am

Mid Shift 7am-2pm

Closing Shift: 11am-6pm
