Job summary

Pizza Hut, through Staab Management, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, coach teammates, and uphold guest service and food quality standards.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, manage scheduling and labor, and contribute to a positive store culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inspection-ready restaurant
• Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives

A Day In The Life Of a Shift Leader

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards

Shift Leaders Are Required To Have

• Must be 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to complete company training programs
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset
