Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure service, quality, and safety standards while supporting scheduling, inventory, and local promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Hands-on leadership style

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure guest service, food quality and cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and sales goals
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Monitor inventory and product quality

A Day In The Life Of a Shift Leader

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
