Staab Management, a Pizza Hut Midwest franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction and food quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset.
