Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is looking for a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead shifts with a focus on guest satisfaction and food quality.

You will help with scheduling, labor management, inventory, training, and supporting local promotions, with growth opportunities into Assistant Manager and General Manager roles. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and willing to train and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rush).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
