Job summary

Burger King in Harvey, LA is seeking a Shift Leader to help drive sales, guest experience and operational results during assigned shifts. You will support the RGM and AM and coach Team Members to meet brand standards and profitability.

This position requires 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays. You will perform cash control, inventory checks, and ensure fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Harvey, LAPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
