Job summary

Burger King in Scott, LA is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and lead a team during assigned shifts.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, coach Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining brand standards and safe cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures and assists in cash handling.
• Maintains inventory through daily and weekly inspections and coordinates with the team.
• Directs guest service to ensure accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Team Members to improve performance.
• Sets shift plans, drives operational results, and ensures brand standards are upheld.
• Performs Team Member duties when necessary.

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
