Burger King in Slidell, LA is seeking a Shift Leader to manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts, support the RGM and AM, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure efficient product preparation and service while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of quick-service experience, strong guest service skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
