Job summary

Pizza Hut, operated by Staab Management, seeks a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and provide exceptional guest experiences in Harlan, Iowa. You will lead shifts, coach teammates, monitor food quality, and ensure cleanliness and safety while supporting scheduling, inventory, and sales growth.

We value reliable, energetic leaders who are 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and “inspection-ready” restaurant.
• Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives.
