Job summary

Staab Management is seeking a Shift Leader for a Pizza Hut location. You will lead shifts, support daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction with high-quality food and cleanliness.

The role requires flexible availability, physical ability to stand and lift, and a leadership or supervisory background. Growth opportunities into management roles and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and sales goals.
