Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure top guest experiences. The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and adherence to quality, safety, and training standards.

You will contribute to scheduling, inventory checks, and supporting promotional initiatives while fostering a positive, high-energy work environment. Training and growth into managerial roles are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
