Job summary

Staab Management, a Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team on site in the Kansas area.

You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, and cleanliness while supporting scheduling, inventory, and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and sales goals.
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inspection-ready restaurant.
• Support promotions and local store initiatives.
