Chick-fil-A in Forsyth, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. You will lead shifts, train new hires, and set the tone for the team, while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards.

This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and teamwork as you collaborate with franchise leadership to achieve Operational Excellence and guest satisfaction.
