Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily restaurant operations. You will coach and develop team members, lead shifts, ensure excellent guest service, and help maintain a positive, servant-hearted culture.

Responsibilities include training, opening/closing duties, and upholding operational excellence. Candidates should enjoy working with people, communicate well, and be able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50lbs.

Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
