Responsibilities:

• Manage performance of FOH & BOH staff
• Create a positive work environment
• Train employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4-step training method
• Recognize employee achievements
• Oversee daily operational checklists and standards
• Ensure food safety and health compliance
• Maintain guest experience metrics
• Train new employees
• Manage food inventory and cash policies
• Handle daily labor management

Requirements:

• Previous Shift Leader experience
• Completion of train-the-trainer course within 90 days
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to uniform standards
• Ability to follow all company and legal guidelines
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in high temperatures
