Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to be the go-to person during your shift in Middleborough, MA. You’ll help drive guest service, support daily operations, and act as a leader on duty.

You’ll train crew, assist with inventory and cash handling, ensure cleanliness and safety, and step in for the manager when needed, contributing to a welcoming store experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
