Job summary

Dunkin’ in Alabama is seeking a Shift Leader to be the go-to person during your shift, leading by example and delivering top‑notch guest service.

You’ll manage operations, train crew, maintain safety and cleanliness, and step in for the store manager when needed, with flexible hours including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team‑first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
