Dunkin' in New Jersey is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team during shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to Dunkin standards.

You will train crew, manage tasks like food prep and cash handling, and step in for the manager as needed; flexibility with early mornings, weekends, and holidays is essential for this role.
