Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person during your shift, leading by example and supporting your crew to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include prepping food, inventory management, cash handling, and training teammates. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication, multitasking ability, and availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service

• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
