Chick-fil-A in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Leader who embodies our values and serves others. You will support senior leadership in daily operations, coach team members, and drive our Recipe for Service in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on completing tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly, leading by example, opening/closing shifts, and maintaining high standards of guest experience. Weekend availability is required.

Our Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Leaders lead by example, hold themselves accountable and set the tone that others will follow.

Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
