• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule and required to work Saturdays.

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Help ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Coach team members in real time and provide feedback as needed.
• Monitor shift flow and position team members effectively.
• Help manage breaks, task completion, and shift priorities.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Communicate with leadership about team performance, operational needs, and guest feedback.
• Ensure team members follow company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment.
