Burger King in Geneva, AL is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a team and ensure smooth service during your shift. You’ll lead Team Members across stations, drive speed and guest satisfaction, and maintain cash control and inventory accuracy.

This role offers hands-on leadership training, mentorship from store management, and a direct path toward Assistant Manager and General Manager roles as you build real business skills and advance your restaurant career.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service and team leadership mindset.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.
