Job summary

Burger King in Calera, AL is hiring a Shift Leader to run a busy restaurant shift and help grow a career in restaurant management.

You'll lead Team Members, drive quick service speed, guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while learning from experienced managers. Evening and weekend availability is required, and a path to Assistant Manager is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
