Wingstop in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations. You will be a hands-on manager, completing checklists, handling cash, and guiding guest interactions.

You will drive performance by enforcing SOPs, maintaining speed of service, and monitoring labor, sales, and food costs while training and coaching team members to ensure accountability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory food-service experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and solve problems.

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is looking for a Shift Leader to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This position will report to the General Manager. We need a leader who can ensure our team works together to achieve the highest standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.What You'll DoLead Shift Operations: You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.Drive Performance: You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service.
