Job summary

Sephora Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking a capable hourly associate to support warehouse operations. You will learn and operate within the distribution environment, assisting with tasks that keep shipments moving and customers satisfied.

The role requires basic math, MS Excel/Word/Outlook familiarity, and a willingness to work a regular shift with overtime as needed. Training and ongoing development are provided in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of how differing operating activities impact overall functioning of the distribution center.
• Use various in-store/in-house computer systems to track and monitor work activities.
• Prioritize and assign work tasks to other associates to achieve work goals.
• Communicate daily work goals to team and coordinate against a defined action plan.
• Monitor associates’ work performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Follow safety rules and company policies to ensure safe working practices.
