Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Shift Coordinator at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch to lead daily throughput, accuracy, and safety. You’ll assign tasks, monitor progress, use the WMS to balance inventories, and communicate goals across shifts.

The role requires collaborative leadership, proficiency with MS Office and WMS, and a proactive approach to safety and process improvement in a fast-paced DC environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Know how differing operating activities impact overall DC function.
• Use in-house systems to track activities.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to associates to achieve goals.
• Communicate daily work goals to team, coordinate against action plan.
• Monitor associates’ work performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train associates in duties per SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and Loss Prevention policies.
• Maintain attendance as per policy and be a team example.
• Maintain flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
