Job summary

Sephora Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch seeks a Shift Coordinator to lead a warehouse team, ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity, and assign work across shifts using the in-house WMS.

You will monitor performance, train associates, enforce loss-prevention rules, and maintain attendance and schedule flexibility. Starting pay is $23.50–$25.15 per hour, with possible shift differential and benefits in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: College degree or relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Use WMS systems to track and monitor work activities.
• Prioritize and assign work tasks to other associates.
• Communicate daily work goals to team and coordinate against action plan.
• Monitor associates’ work performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train associates in duties and procedures.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent attendance and flexible schedule as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
