Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Shift Coordinator for the Mississippi Distribution Center. The role focuses on maintaining productivity, safety, and inventory control while leading a team across shifts.

You will use WMS and in‑house systems to monitor tasks, assign work, and communicate daily goals. The ideal candidate has a college degree or relevant experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to train others and adapt to changing requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and guidance to associates to meet productivity and safety standards.
• Monitor progress against standards and balance inventory.
• Operate and maintain WMS and other systems.
• Prioritize and assign work to achieve goals.
• Communicate daily goals and coordinate with team.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and loss prevention policies.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility for shifts and overtime.
• Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.
