Job summary

Sephora Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking a Shift Coordinator to work closely with department teams, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and security. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage communication across shifts while using WMS systems and balancing inventory.

The role demands strong problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork with a focus on customer service and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of how differing operating activities impact warehouse functions.
• Use in-house systems to track and monitor work activities.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to associates to meet goals.
• Communicate daily goals to team and coordinate against action plan.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train associates per the procedures manual.
• Follow all safety rules and Loss Prevention policies.
• Maintain attendance and flexible work schedule, overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality customer service per company standards.
