Job summary

Sephora is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers, following safety rules and SOPs.

The role requires ability to use RF terminals, basic math, and willingness to cross-train in receiving, packing, and shipping. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with potential shift differential and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience with similar menu-driven systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout and ability to learn it quickly.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish stock.
• Basic math skills and ability to reconcile numbers.
• Willingness to cross-train in receiving, picking, packing and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to stores and online customers.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervision.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
