Relogistics in Mesquite, TX is hiring a Shift Lead to supervise a small team and maximize productivity per shift while enforcing safety, HR policies, and quality standards. You will support scheduling, on-site operations, and coordination with the On-Site Manager to service local customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the staging area.
• Check loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on Industrial power equipment.
• Examine products for conformance to quality standards.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
