The Team Lead will supervise and support warehouse staff, drive productivity, safety, and accuracy while monitoring workflow, assigning tasks, and aiding training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotational schedule required to work every other weekend.

Pay$22-26hr
