Job summary

Relogistics in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to optimize team productivity and uphold safety standards. The position offers hourly pay of $22.50 and a Saturday–Tuesday shift 6:00pm–4:30am at 1110 Military Parkway, Mesquite, TX 75149.

You will support the On-Site Manager, assist with recruiting, ensure compliance with Safety and HR policies, and help manage operations, inventory, and quality checks on loads and equipment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
• Check loads are secure and perform daily equipment checks on power equipment.
• Examine products for conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
