Relogistics is hiring a Shift Lead to maximize shift productivity while upholding the highest safety standards and HR policies. You will work closely with the On-Site Manager to set schedules, assist with recruiting, and ensure safe operations across the facility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift schedules with On-Site Manager.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Maintain supplies and schedule equipment maintenance.
• Assist forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements and document on proper forms.
• Handle employee relations issues with OSM liaison.
• Load/unload materials and ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power gear.
• Inspect products for quality conformance.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
