Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a local team during Saturday to Tuesday night shifts in Mesquite, TX. You will work with the On-Site Manager to set schedules, recruit and coach staff, and uphold safety and HR policies.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, ensuring load safety, executing daily equipment checks, and maintaining a clean, compliant workplace. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.
Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shift schedules with On-Site Manager to service local customers.
Recruit and develop employees and ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
Load/unload materials, check loads, and ensure equipment safety checks.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and manage employee relations with the OSM.
Perform basic data entry and assist forklift duties as needed.
Support operational efficiency and pallet handling tasks.
