Responsibilities include scheduling with the On-Site Manager, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining safety and HR policies, and ensuring accurate data entry and timely execution of tasks. Forklift duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required as a minimum
• Forklift certification preferred or required in role.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site manager with scheduling and service to local customers.
• Help recruit and develop employees and ensure safety/HR policies are followed.
• Maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
• Perform forklift-related duties as needed.
• Enter data accurately and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
