• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Load and unload materials and move to staging areas.
• Assist forklift duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily records and forms.
• Manage employee relations with local support from OSM.
