Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Brookhaven, MS to supervise a team across shifts and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will work with the On-Site Manager to schedule activities, assist with recruiting, and enforce Safety and HR policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
• Assist in managing employee relations locally in conjunction with the OSM.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
