Responsibilities

• Lead shift scheduling with On-Site Manager.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms.
• Manage employee relations locally with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and stage them appropriately.
• Check loads are secure and safe.
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Inspect products for quality conformance.
• Perform basic data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
