Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Load and unload materials, check loads, and maintain areas.
• Operate forklift duties as needed and ensure daily equipment checks.
• Track movements and assist in resolving employee relations issues.
