Job summary

Relogistics, part of North America’s pallet management leader, seeks a Shift Lead in Canton, OH. You’ll oversee a team, coordinate shift schedules with the On-Site Manager, and ensure safety and HR policies are followed.

You will also assist with recruiting, load/unload operations, and equipment checks while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Prior lead experience and forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation required.
• Forklift certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with On-Site Manager to set shift schedules for optimal service.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company Safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements and complete forms accurately and timely.
• Assist in managing employee relations with the On-Site Manager.
• Load/unload materials and move to staging areas; verify loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
