Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a small team in Douglas, GA on Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:30pm. You’ll drive productivity while upholding safety standards and customer service goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules with the On-Site Manager, assisting with recruiting, and enforcing Safety/HR policies. Required: 1 year of lead experience, HS diploma, valid license, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift planning with On-Site Manager to optimize service for local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure adherence to Safety and HR policies.
• Order and maintain supplies; arrange equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties when needed.
• Track daily movements and ensure timely data entry.
