Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for our DashMart local fulfillment centers. You will own your shifts, manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, maintain clean and safe operations, and ensure accurate order fulfillment for customers.

You will guide a team, coordinate daily tasks, and contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience. A high school diploma and physical ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with training provided for food handling.

Qualifications

• Must be on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in food, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
• Flexible schedule and availability for multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates and ensure safe, productive team performance.
