Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee local fulfillment center operations, including warehouse and light kitchen tasks. You will drive order accuracy, safety, and team performance while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include shift ownership, coaching staff, and contributing ideas to improve quality and customer experience. Must lift up to 50 lbs and obtain a food handling certificate; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be self-motivated, positive, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Previous success in food, warehouse, or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to stand, move heavy products up to 50 lbs, and operate basic handling equipment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; college degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and interact with customers as needed.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues as required.
• Support both warehouse and light-kitchen tasks and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
• Suggest improvements to operations for quality and customer experience.
