Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare, veterinary or service industry required.
• Leadership experience preferred, with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead paraprofessional staff and coordinate hospital productivity.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Provide instruction and guidance to associates to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
