Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding the team toward productive operations and outstanding client and patient experiences.

The Shift Lead will also perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant as needed, reinforcing our Five Principles and delivering care with compassion and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team on day-to-day operations to ensure quality medical care and exceptional client service.
• Assist Practice Manager and COS in developing an efficient, productive team and maintaining hospital productivity.
• Provide support as Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
