Nando's PERi-PERi North America is seeking a Shift Lead to guide and motivate a team in a fast-paced casual dining setting. You will supervise service, ensure food safety, and model outstanding guest interactions.

• Experience in casual dining environments.
• Ability to complete onsite Shift Lead Training.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage shifts and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to Nando's standards for food safety and guest experience.
• Coach and support hourly team members; delegate tasks.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety procedures are followed.
