Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food quality and safety.
• Coach and onboard Crew Members and training new staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and standards.
• Manage shift execution, opening/closing duties.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and waste reduction.
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
