Job summary

Burger King is seeking an enthusiastic Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members on busy shifts, ensure product quality, fast service, cleanliness, and safety, and maintain BK standards. You’ll coach the crew, execute the shift plan, and help drive guest experiences that keep guests coming back.

Under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll own shift execution, manage workflow, and stay calm under pressure while training new staff and supporting profitability through

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
