Job summary

Burger King hourly Shift Coordinator leads Team Members on assigned shifts to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, safe environment and to ensure top guest experiences and compliance with BK standards.

Under the guidance of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you coach in the moment, execute the shift plan, control cash, help manage inventory, and look for opportunities to grow into higher-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to motivate others during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by handling cash procedures and inventory.
